Hours and Lessons for the Holidays
Mill Creek's Hours for the Christmas / New Year's Holidays are as follows:
- Christmas Eve: 8am - 1pm
- Christmas Day: Open to boarders only from 2pm - 4pm (no tack room access)
- New Year's Eve: 8 am - 1pm
- New Year's Day: Open to boarders only from 2pm - 4pm (no tack room access)
On both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve days, Cory will be teaching a novice group lesson at 9:30 am and a beginning novice group at 11am. Other instructors may also be offering lessons those mornings--be sure to check with your instructor to find out.
Painting Party - Event info change
On Saturday, December 21, we have a special day planned as a present to Mill Creek and Cory. This is for riders over 13 years old and their parents.
- At 12:30, we'll have a painting party to paint the Mill Creek jumps, hosted by Mrs. Baker. Be sure to bring painting clothes.
- At 4:30 pm, we'll have a pizza party, supplied by Mill Creek.
Be sure to RSVP for the Pizza party (so we'll be sure to have enough pizza). Hope to see you there!
Polo Shirts
We have new polo shirts for sale in the office at $20 each. These will make a great holiday gift for dad, in particular, because we have lots of large sizes! Special thanks go to Christina Baker for making these available--she kindly ordered them and picked them up for us.
Instructor Updates
As some of you may know, McKenzie will be on vacation from December 20 - January 3. However, we are extremely lucky to have Kimberley Hewson as a substitute during this time. Kimberley is the Head Trainer at Cal St. Fresno and grew up riding at Foxfield. Check the website for more details about Kimberley's schedule.
